Troubleshooting a failed faceswap
This is how to troubleshoot your failed faceswaps.

If you can’t upload a file, can’t launch a swap, or your face swap fails, this article is for you.
File upload issue
If you struggle to import your files to the faceswap, read this.

| I want to remove the watermark | You can remove the watermark if you have a subscription to faceswap videos. |
Faceswap doesn’t launch
If you can upload your source and target files but you have an error when you hit “Launch”, read this.

| One of your file names are too long or contain strange characters | Check your file names and rename them |
| If you try to upload multiple files at the same time and you can’t launch the swap. | It’s possible that ONE of your files is corrupted. Try uploading one file at the time until you find the ONE file that is not working. |
Faceswap is in queue
If your faceswap is still in queue, read this.
Free users do not have a priority access to our GPUs, which means that your tasks are processed only after Premium users. If you want priority access and faster processing times, take a subscription.
Premium users are processed before free users, but waiting times may vary depending on overall traffic on the app. Please contact the support if you see an anomaly with the processing times of the app.
Face swap failed
Ok, so if you can upload your files, launch the swap BUT that your faceswap fails, read this.

| The most likely reason is that your “New Face” file is not detected by our faceswap. This can happen if your “new face” is too close to the camera. | Download this example face and upload it as a new face with the same source file you want to swap. If your face swap works then it means that your target face was not recognized by our face swap. The solution is to generate a new face that is at a good distance from the camera to allow our face swap to detect the new face. |
